From her experience as an expert witness and as a trainer for judges in private law, Jacqueline Siner will cover the following:
- The legal context of private law cases.
- The role of Cafcass
- What courts expect of the child psychologist.
- Planning the assessment.
- Preparing the report.
Jacqueline will particularly emphasise the opportunities private law cases present for a creative and risk taking approach in order to achieve the best outcome for the child.
